I am working in Ajman Free Zone, UAE.
working for last 8 months.
I am holding 3 years resident visa with a contract for 3 years.
I submitted my resignation on 20.06.2010 by email.
Company replied for my resignation by saying that I need to give an undertaking that I will not come to UAE for work for in the uncompleted contact period of 28 months then only they accept my resignation.

Is it necessary to give any undertaking like that ? there is no such clause mentioned in my contract.

I'm a pakistani tying to get driving license in Ajman. But the problem is this there's no Govt. School yet and driving test comes after two montths.If I reduce the date by giving 100 DHS more, then test comes after 1 month and 10 days.....This is huge delay. (I've heard that in dubai there's test every week.)
When I went to Ajman Driving License Department to reduce my test date...the officer read my papers and returned to me and told me to go to school. I'n the same time I've seen that he was reducing the dates of Egyptians and other Arab guys.

We made an effort and paid a surprise visit to the known developer on Shiek Zayad Road, Dubai. Office staff denied any knowledge about the company or the developer. We Visited the Marmooka city site, it was totally deserted, no infrastructure has been built at all. I ended up in ARRA in Ajman who confirmed that Marmooka city is not happening any more and suggested that we try alternative with R-Holdings.
